Welcome To Unified Payments Interface(UPI)

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a system developed by NPCI in which we can link multiple bank accounts into a single mobile application.

Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM) is a Mobile App developed by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), based on the Unified Payment Interface.

Customer can self register BHIM App after downloading, if Customer’s Mobile number registered in Bank and customer having Mahavir Bank’s Debit Card.

Once the transaction gets completed the remitter and beneficiary will get an sms confirmation of transaction immediately.

BHIM is simple, easy, secured and quick payment transactions Mobile App.

It can be used on all mobile devices.

Currently BHIM is available in 12 languages, i.e., Marathi, Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Odia, Kannada, Gujarati, Assamese and Bengali.

The customer can make instant bank-to-bank payments and Pay and collect money using just Mobile number or Virtual Payment Address (UPI ID).

Customer can send, Request Money and can pay by scanning the QR code through Scan & Pay option.

Steps : Step 1 : Download and Install ‘Googlepay/Phonepay/BHIM’ app from Play Store

Step 2 : Select your preferred language.

Step 3 : Allow access for SMS, Call and Location (optional) for a seamless Googlepay/Phonepay/BHIM experience

Step 4 : Select the SIM which has mobile number that is registered with Shree Mahavir Sahakari Bank Ltd Jalgaon for verification purpose

Step 5 : Login by setting & confirming a 4-digit application password / passcode.

Step 6 : Search Shree Mahavir Sahakari Bank & link your bank accounts using bank account option.

Step 7 : Set your 4-digit UPI PIN to enjoy seamless banking facility.

Step 8 :Visit Profile option and set virtual payment address (VPA)s. Currently 2 virtual payment address (VPA)s are allowed per user, For e.g. yourmobileno@upi, yourname@upi.

Step 9 : Set one virtual payment address (VPA) as a primary virtual payment address.

Step 10 : By using Scan and Pay option, funds can be transferred or collect by scanning QR code.

Step 11 : Send, receive or collect money using Virtual Payment Address i.e.
VPA or
Account number + IFSC or
Scan and Pay option.
